What we cannot help with

We do not sell anything and we cannot process an order, a return or a refund. If you bought something through a link on this site, the retailer handles the transaction and any warranty claim. Contact them first, then tell us if something went wrong so we can note it.

Response times

Two to three working days is normal. Corrections that involve a factual error get looked at first.
